Growing up with my father, Chris Monroe, as a guiding light in the financial industry, I was inspired by his knowledge, kindness, and honest approach to helping others. His ability to balance life and work has been a significant influence on my career path. My parents, Chris and Heather, have always encouraged me to love life and be the best version of myself. Being part of groups like Phi Beta Kappa and Kappa Alpha Theta in college introduced me to many smart, driven people who share my values.
After college, I joined this field, drawing on experiences from part-time jobs as a caregiver, clerical assistant, and volleyball coach. These roles taught me compassion, organization, and leadership—skills I now apply to empower others to take control of their finances.
I’m driven by a desire for time freedom, to create art, and to help others succeed. I want to empower people to own their lives and not be controlled by external systems. My competitive nature and love for exploration push me to continually learn and grow, both personally and professionally. My time living in Paris was an especially meaningful part of that journey and continues to influence my love of travel and exploration. Whether it’s through playing volleyball, traveling to new places, or spending time with friends and family across the country, I embrace opportunities that expand my horizons.
Art is a profound passion of mine, providing a creative outlet that complements my analytical side. I enjoy painting and sculpting, and continue to sell my work, including commissioned pieces. Much of my creative work happens in my home studio, where I enjoy having the freedom to create alongside my professional work. My love for volleyball keeps me active, and I play regularly through leagues, pick-up games, and wherever else I can find a court. I also enjoy walking and exploring the city of Sarasota, where I now live.
My faith is a very important part of my life, and I enjoy being actively involved in my church community through serving, attending Bible studies, and building relationships with others. I value the opportunity to grow in my faith while also investing in the people around me. My church community has enriched my life and continues to inspire me.
