Growing up with my father, Chris Monroe, as a guiding light in the financial industry, I was inspired by his knowledge, kindness, and honest approach to helping others. His ability to balance life and work has been a significant influence on my career path. After college, I joined this field, drawing on experiences from part-time jobs as a caregiver, clerical assistant, and volleyball coach. These roles taught me compassion, organization, and leadership—skills I now apply to empower others to take control of their finances.

I'm driven by a desire for time freedom, to create art, and to help others succeed. I want to empower people to own their lives and not be controlled by external systems. My competitive nature and love for exploration push me to continually learn and grow, both personally and professionally. Whether it's through playing volleyball, volunteering with cats, or traveling to new places, I embrace opportunities that expand my horizons.

Art is a profound passion of mine, providing a creative outlet that complements my analytical side. I enjoy painting and sculpting, and I continue to sell my work, including commissioned pieces. My love for volleyball keeps me active, playing in leagues and pick-up games regularly. Staying fit through gym workouts, yoga, and outdoor activities is a vital part of my lifestyle.

Family means the world to me. My parents, Chris and Heather, always encouraged me to love life and be the best version of myself. My siblings, especially my sister Grace, are my biggest cheerleaders. And living with my oldest brother after he came back from Germany has been awesome!

Being part of groups like Phi Beta Kappa and Kappa Alpha Theta has introduced me to a bunch of smart, driven people who share my values. These experiences have made my life richer and continue to inspire me.
